Trade Account Coordinator

Lulu and Georgia is looking for a Trade Account Coordinator to join our growing team. This person will support the Trade Account Executive in providing first class service to trade members in all facets of the sales process. The ideal candidate will have customer service or sales experience, a passion for home decor and interior design, and excellent communication skills.

This is a full-time role that reports to our Trade Account Executive and can be based in Los Angeles or remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-class service to all trade members throughout the entire sales process from generating new quotes to processing delivery
  • Review trade program applications and register approved members
  • Prepare quotes for prospective clients and answer any pre-purchase inquiries
  • Assist with post-purchase inquiries involving customer orders, shipping, and processing returns
  • Communicate with our warehouses and shipping partners to resolve outstanding issues
  • Analyze customer feedback and coordinate with management to continuously improve the shopping experience
  • Be a solutions-minded advocate for complicated situations

Product Development Intern

Lulu & Georgia is looking for an organized, detail oriented and hard-working Intern for our product development department. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where multitasking and efficiency are key. You will organize shipment of samples, our sample library, and log incoming products for department reviews. During the internship, you’ll report to our Director of Product and Associate Production Manager. This is a great role for someone who is interested in product production, development, and Interior Design in a retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and check-in daily packages
  • Photo shoot samples: follow ups to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist in Sourcing R&D sample follow-up
  • Organize sample reviews with warehouse teams to insure goods are received and ready for review
  • Organize samples in library, add labels to existing samples
  • Responsible for coordination and shipping of samples and packages to clients and designers
  • Ship out packages to international teams
  • Update specification sheet for sample binders with correct data, fabric and material swatches
  • Organize and compose sample binders for existing collections

Junior Graphic Designer

Lulu and Georgia is looking for an in-house Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate would be able to provide quick turnarounds, have excellent alignment with the Lulu and Georgia brand, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This designer will work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to design graphics for social media, email marketing, ads, and other digital assets. This role reports to the Creative Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Creative Director and Graphic Design Team to ensure all assets meet the Lulu and Georgia brand standards
  • Deliver work on time with close attention to detail
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to design assets for social media, email, ads
  • Manage and maintain the organization of all projects and assets using project management tools like Asana and Google Drive

Lead Software Engineer

Lulu and Georgia is looking for a Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack to help build our technical strategy for short- and mid-term product initiatives to drive immediate impact and establish the technical foundation for our long-term success. In this role you will be responsible for developing web experiences that power Lulu and Georgia day in and day out. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing clean, high-performing code and experience managing and architecting thoughtful, accessible user experiences. You will manage all aspects of the engineering philosophy and will be critical to supporting our overall digital product strategy and its related testing and feature roadmap. This role will report to the Sr. Director, Digital Product.

Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally to create and maintain our eCommerce experience using front-end technologies, Shopify’s APIs, and Liquid template language
  • Use modern Web technologies and frameworks to design and develop both front-ends and backend services supporting functionality for our eCommerce platform
  • Engineer intuitive and impactful eCommerce experiences, both via custom development and the integration of pre-existing solutions such as Shopify apps
  • Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to help scope work and inform the planning process
  • Advise on key decisions for architecture and implementation of scalable. reliable, and cost-effective engineering solutions
  • Ensure a stable and performant web experience for the Lulu and Georgia customer and ruthlessly champion for continuous performance improvements
  • Establish best practices and process for clean code development and management, such as code reviews, architectural discussions, and cross-team integration details
  • Maintain data warehouse and support ongoing optimizations and integrations required for clean and reliable company reporting

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of delivering clean, scalable, and efficient web apps in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Shopify and Liquid; other Ecommerce platform experience a plus (e.g., Magento, BigCommerce)
  • Experience with front-end frameworks like JavaScript and scripting languages such as PHP; Ruby experience a plus

Product Manager, eCommerce

Lulu and Georgia is looking for an experienced eCommerce Product Manager to champion the voice of the customer and build products that improve the customer journey along the way. In this role you will collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to enhance the website user experience through experimentation, optimizations, and to develop new features to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion. You will manage all aspects of product development from problem identification to launch and will be critical in supporting our overall digital product strategy and its related testing and feature roadmap. This role will report to the Sr. Director, Digital Product.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the product vision for our digital platforms to improve the experience we provide our customers and impact to Lulu and Georgia
  • Establish a deep understanding of the user experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that inspire new customers and build loyal relationships with existing buyers
  • Ruthlessly experiment and test to optimize our eCommerce KPIs to optimize our acquisition and conversion funnels
  • Translate business needs, user needs, and technological capabilities into user stories and product requirements
  • Assist with business cases and analytical insights for new product features, by identifying clear problems and success metrics and using data to make informed product decisions
  • Execute iterative digital product practices in partnership with developers and product designers to ship optimal versions of our products over time
  • Partner with product designers, developers, and internal stakeholders for discovery and user research

What we are looking for:

Digital Product Designer

Lulu and Georgia is looking for an experienced Product Designer who is passionate about designing impactful digital experiences. In partnership with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Experience, and more), you’ll work through design challenges large and small to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. The ideal candidate is driven to architect experiences that are as beautiful as they are intuitive and is excited to tackle measurable customer and business challenges as our eCommerce platform scales. This role will report to the Sr. Director, Digital Product.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus relentlessly on solving problems for our users and advocate for the value of human-centered design
  • Collaborate with teammates, product management, engineering, and internal stakeholders to identify problems and provide thoughtful, creative solutions
  • Partner with Product Managers to support growth A/B testing strategies within our Ecommerce ecosystem
  • Conduct usability studies, research and market analysis, and test into product design requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Communicate ideas verbally and visually through user research, user flows, wireframes, mockups, concept designs, and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Develop and champion the Lulu and Georgia digital product design system to establish an efficient design and development process and one coherent experience

Assistant Buyer, Walls and Tabletop/Decor

Lulu and Georgia is looking for an assistant buyer to join our growing team. This person will support the buyers in two departments: Walls and Tabletop/Décor. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to help drive the growth of the Walls and Tabletop/Décor business. If you are detail-oriented, a self-starter, and have a passion for home décor, we want to hear from you!

This role is full-time in our Los Angeles office and reports to the Walls and Tabletop/Décor buyers.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and track purchase orders for all domestic product and swatch orders, ensuring vendors are shipping on time and communicate any delays to cross-functional teams
  • Update lead times on the website for all owned product
  • Order and track photo samples and communicate to Creative for product launches
  • Work with vendors and the Production team to retrieve all product information needed for the website, which will be given to Merchandising
  • Help QA products online and in catalogs to ensure accuracy before launches
  • Enter pricing and cost updates when changes are communicated from vendors
  • Reach out to vendors regarding promotion participation and communicate promotion details to cross-functional teams
  • Report on weekly best sellers and help retrieve vendor reports for market
  • Request new swatches needed before product launches

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years' buying experience. Experience in home décor is a plus

Operations Coordinator

Lulu and Georgia is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our growing team! You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where multitasking and problem solving are key. This position requires excellent organizational and time management skills. You will work directly with our entire operations and customer service departments. This role will aid in developing a seamless workflow and exceptional customer experience. As the Operations Coordinator, you will report to our Director of Operations. This is a great role for someone who is interested in logistics, warehousing and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

  • Create the necessary shipping documents for domestic orders
  • Coordinate the delivery of both inbound and outbound customers orders
  • Work directly with shipping carriers to resolve any transportation and/or final mile issues
  • Manage customer freight claims with our carriers
  • Ensure inventory feeds are being received daily and in adherence to our vendor/customer policies
  • Onboard new vendors and act as a point of contact for onboarding questions and problem solving
  • Report on daily error feeds processed via EDI
  • Assist with resolutions analysis, including monthly reporting and refunds
  • Managing open order reports and messaging late deliveries/backorders to our customers

What we are looking for:

  • 1-2 years experience in e-commerce operations
  • Experience with EDI and vendor compliance
  • LTL and final mile delivery experience. Background with carrier relationships is a plus

Design Specialist

Lulu and Georgia is looking for a Design Specialist to add to our growing design team. This person should love the design world and its ever-changing nature. You will assist customers in designing their dream space using L+G products in mood boards and floor plans. To be successful in this role, you will need to have an organized and sales-forward thinking mind. This is a sales-based role.

Responsibilities:

  • Host one on one virtual design consultations with clients
  • Create stylish and on-brand designs with the use of mood boards and floor plans
  • Provide clients with a VIP customer service experience, i.e. for product questions, order tracking, and returns
  • Demonstrate superior product knowledge of the Lulu and Georgia assortment
  • Partners and strategizes with peers to meet quarterly sales and KPI goals

Strategic Finance Analyst

Lulu and Georgia is seeking a Strategic Finance Analyst to join the Finance & Operations teams. The ideal candidate has a background in FP&A, knowledge of SQL and data analysis, and ability to work cross-functionally with many teams. This person enjoys modeling, big data sets, and thinking about process improvements and other business efficiencies.

The Strategic Finance Analyst will report to the CFO/COO and work closely with multiple teams, including Accounting, Technology, Operations, and Buying.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the executive team to oversee company KPIs such as gross margin analysis, customer retention and buying metrics, operational and return analysis
  • Work with Technology team to continue building, maintaining, and improving real-time, data-driven, analytical reporting
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver diagnostic insights across the organization, automating where possible
  • Work on strategic process improvements and ERP implementation-related tasks
  • Serve as the Finance counterpart in department budget review meetings. Build relationships with budget owners to help them manage their department plans, while understanding the drivers behind their portions of the business
  • ADHOC analyses to evaluate opportunities and support actionable business decisions

NetSuite Administrator

Lulu and Georgia is looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator who can combine technical knowledge with business logic to implement solutions to help optimize our ecosystem and support our growth. You will be responsible for understanding our NetSuite architecture to standardize processes, create new workflows / configurations, and support ongoing business needs through third-party integrations, customizations, and implement new features as Lulu and Georgia scales. This role will report to the Sr. Director, Digital Product.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the NetSuite application, system controls, and proper system access for all roles
  • Plan, review, and revise configurations and customizations of NetSuite in order to support business needs
  • Design, implement, and maintain configurations and workflows to support and improve business processes
  • Integrate third party tools and new vendors, as-needed
  • Identify solutions to solve business needs through new configurations, workflows, or customizations, including evaluating the need for technical support
  • Work directly with internal/external developers, NetSuite and/or other Professional Services organization to drive and coordinate larger (more complex) NetSuite projects while assisting with configuration and other work as assigned
  • Provide front line support and troubleshooting with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity; participate in issue resolution and root cause analysis; and evaluate up and downstream impacts
  • Partner cross functionally with Finance, Operations, Buying, Planning, Merchandising, and Technology departments
  • Communicate project status to key stakeholders
  • Partner with internal and external resources to develop and execute User Acceptance Test Cases for new configurations and customizations
