Lulu and Georgia is looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working CX Associate to join our growing team! You will work in a fun and fast-paced environment where multitasking and problem solving are key. This position requires high level communication via email, phone and our chat platforms. In this role, you’ll work closely with our customers and vendors as part of a small, cross-functional team. Lulu and Georgia is looking for an experienced in-house graphic designer to join our growing team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate would have experience working in ecommerce, excellent alignment with the Lulu and Georgia brand, and thrive in a startup environment.



  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize across teams for a wide range of materials including site assets, promotional assets, daily marketing emails, social media assets, and internal company assets
  • Develop concepts and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout that fall within the brand guidelines
  • Manage and maintain the organization of all projects and assets using project management tools like Asana and Dropbox
  • Stay current on graphic trends in the ecommerce space


  • Extremely proficient in Adobe Photoshop
  • Knowledge of Google Suite
  • 3+ years experience in a graphic design role
  • Strong portfolio of work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a self-starter and team player
  • Excellent time-management skills

Senior Merchandise Planner


Lulu and Georgia is  looking for a Senior Merchandise Planner to join our growing team in Los Angeles! You’ll be responsible for developing merchandise plans that support the company’s financial goals. You will own the sales and inventory forecasting across all categories. You will work closely with the buying team in an effort to increase revenue and margin, and improve inventory productivity.


  • Ensure the financial success by meeting or exceeding sales, gross margin, and inventory turn goals.
  • Analyze historical and current selling trends and develop sales targets that support financial objectives.
  • Manage sales, gross margin and gross margin return on investment.
  • Manage all sku’s -  from initial plan to final sell-down. Determine quantity to purchase for new and continuing SKUs. Provide initial and future order quantities for P.O. generation.
  • Create category plans that support high level financial goals.
  • Design inventory strategies that balance the composition of new, replenishment and evergreen merchandise and support in-stock and turn objectives.
  • Compile weekly sales, markdown and inventory data and provide analysis that supports risks or opportunities to current forecasts.
  • Manage and maintain department financial forecast. (OTB/rolling forecast).
  • Recommend test strategies based on current category performance and initiate analysis.
  • Identify potential inventory liabilities and take appropriate actions to bring quantity to a desired level.
  • Create sustainable and scalable planning tools, processes, and reporting. Develop ad hoc reports as needed to drive or react to current and future business.
  • Ensure marketing strategies are supported with appropriate inventory.
  • Support a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented environment with peers
