Digital Marketing Manager, Los Angeles

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for strategically planning, testing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing initiatives. In this role you will be executing innovative and cost-effective tactics for customer acquisition, conversion, and engagement. The right candidate will be a self-starter with a can-do attitude, take a proactive approach and will make data-driven decisions. This is a full-time role reporting into the Director of Marketing.

Primary Responsibilities:

Marketing campaigns: Help build and execute on launch programs for all marketing programs including promos, new launches, content stories, etc. to deliver on goals across all marketing channels including email, affiliates, paid social (FB, IG and Pinterest), organic social, retargeting, paid search, google shopping. Owning day-to-day media relationships and efficiently executing on partnership needs to drive bottom line growth

Affiliate program management: Ongoing recruitment and optimization of publisher program. Identifying new publisher partners and integrating them into our program. Monitoring metrics for publisher growth. Building relationships, creating informational newsletters, proving banners, text links and coupon links. Doing individual affiliate outreach for each campaign launch to secure partnerships.  

Acquisition/Conversion Testing: Plan and launch A/B tests for site and email optimization including landing page optimization, ad copy, creatives, funnel testing. Identify and execute on-site tests to optimize UX and drive sales growth 

Innovating UX: Reviewing on-site UX sessions to determine optimizations for product/dev team prioritization and testing 

Reporting: Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting and analysis on marketing KPIs across all digital marketing channels. Delivering actionable insights based on KPIs 

Collaboration: Cross-functional team collaboration (Buying, CS, Creative) to ensure successful execution of marketing programs 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3-5 years digital acquisition marketing experience preferably in B2C ecommerce
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Expert understanding of Facebook Ad Manager and experience in building advertising programs
  • Expert level understanding of marketing analytics, GA and general performance reporting
  • Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely and Unbounce 
  • Experience managing affiliate networks such as Pepperjam, Linkshare, etc. 
  • Keeping up with competitors, industry trends and updates in social media platforms
  • Ability to manage complex projects independently
  • Excellent organization and project management skills 
  • Experience in content creation a plus
  • Passion for the home decor and furniture category is a huge plus!

Resolution Specialist, Los Angeles

Lulu and Georgia is hiring a full time resolutions specialist that will be based out of our West Hollywood office.  This role will be focused on after-sales resolutions and creating a positive experience for all of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all disposition and return requests that are received and reply to multiple requestors within 24-hour time frame
  • Field related phone calls and chat messages from customers
  • Using department procedures and good business sense to make decisions about product returns and damages
  • Follow up with carriers, customers, and facilities to ensure return instructions are followed
  • Oversee that orders are shipped and tracking is communicated with customers on a daily basis
  • Run backorder reports and communicate with customers when relevant

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
  • BS/BA degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) is required
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Experience working with virtual inventory preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services
  • Able to work independently and multi-task while remaining focused in open office environment
