An Update from Lulu and Georgia
On behalf of everyone at Lulu and Georgia, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19. At this point in time our main priority is the safety of our community - including staff, customers, and suppliers. Please find updates below (last updated: 3/22/20)
This situation is changing rapidly and we’re taking this day-by-day. We want to provide you with the actions we’re taking now:
Due to the Shelter-in-Place mandates, some of our warehouses will have extended lead times. Please reference lead times on the product page for specific details.
If you have placed an order for a product that ships from one of these warehouses and the product has not shipped yet, we will email you and inform you of the shipping delay.
We are increasing our return window from 14 to 60 days.
Most of our returns are processed through our Los Angeles warehouse. For those items, we cannot issue return labels at this time. If you need to make a return or your return is currently in process, we will issue your refund after our warehouse has reopened on 4/19/20.
If you have placed an order for an item that ships White Glove service and you live in an area with the Shelter-in-Place mandate, your item will be held until after that mandate is lifted.
If you have placed an order for an item that ships White Glove and you’re not feeling well enough to accept or do not feel comfortable accepting, please email email@example.com to reschedule or change the delivery to a front door drop off.
If you are placing an order for items available for immediate shipment, please ensure your shipping address is a residential address. At this time, our carriers cannot deliver to business addresses. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to purchase if you need assistance determining items available for immediate shipping.
