Current new arrivals include the Arata and Braud Hand-Knotted Wool Rugs (each from $158) as accessible hand-knotted entry points, the Lassas Handwoven Wool Rug (from $219), the investment-grade Kindholm Hand-Knotted Wool Rug (from $966), and the large-scale Krane Handwoven Wool Rug (from $2,020).

How do I shop for a new rug at Lulu and Georgia?

Start with size: measure the footprint of your furniture arrangement and choose a rug that extends at least 18 inches beyond the front legs of your sofa, or that fits fully under the dining table with chairs pulled out. Then consider construction and pile height for your traffic level and lifestyle. The hand-knotted wool rugs (Arata, Braud, Kindholm) offer the best durability and character over time; the handwoven options (Lassas, Krane) provide a softer, more textural surface. Filter by size and price in the New Rugs collection to find the right fit.

What rug sizes does Lulu and Georgia carry?

Lulu and Georgia carries area rugs in most standard sizes: 2'x3' and 2'x5' runners, 5'x8', 6'x9', 8'x10', 9'x12', and 10'x14'. Some styles extend to 12'x15' and larger for oversized living rooms and open-plan spaces. The New Rugs collection includes new arrivals across all available sizes—availability varies by style, so checking the product page for size options is recommended for investment pieces.
