Shipping

Most in-stock items ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page. Please refer to the individual pages for the most up-to-date information. Items ordered together may arrive in multiple boxes and arrive on different delivery dates.  We are unable to ship to P.O. and A.P.O boxes.

Furniture and other oversized items travel via freight carriers which have extended processing and delivery times. The shipping time frame presented on each product reflects the estimated processing time before the item leaves our warehouse. 

Preorder items are not yet in our warehouse and the dates presented for those products are estimates only and are subject to change. These items are also subject to additional shipping charges. Some preorder items have additional processing lead times once the items become in stock and may not ship immediately. Orders that contain mixed shipping methods and/or preorder items will have more than one shipping fee applied at checkout. 

All items ship via FedEx unless otherwise they are noted as a White Glove delivery on the item's product page.

The below rates apply to the 48 contiguous states. At this time, we do not offer shipping internationally or to Hawaii and Alaska.

White Glove delivery fee totals are reflected at the shopping cart level and calculated off the cart total. 

A white glove delivery is a scheduled appointment with a two-person delivery team. The delivery company will contact you via phone, email or text to schedule your appointment. Coordinating a delivery time is the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to hold deliveries for any extended periods of time. Failure to schedule a delivery may result in a return by the carrier and a 15% restocking fee.  Rural and island deliveries have limited routes and delivery times may take longer than usual. 

White glove service includes delivery into your room of choice, up to two flights of stairs. Please ensure that your space is clear and accessible prior to the delivery. The delivery team cannot move any existing furniture.  If applicable, the team will perform a light assembly and removal of any packaging debris. This service does not include any installation of product.  Please carefully inspect your item at the time of delivery. Any damage to the product must be noted on the proof of delivery.  A signature will be required at the time of delivery. 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your item is noted as eligible for a free return on the product page, it can be returned with a complimentary return label when a return is requested within 30 days of receiving your purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges.  When a gift card or store credit is used towards your purchase, refunds will automatically be issued as store credit before your credit card payment. Please contact us below and we will provide you with a shipping label to return your product.

All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. Items must be in new condition, meaning they are in unused/unwashed condition and show no signs of wear.

Lighting and wallpaper: once it has been installed it cannot be returned.
Bedding: must be returned unopened, unwashed, and in the original packaging and form.

Gifts from a registry can only be returned for store credit. For registry returns, please contact support@luluandgeorgia.com.

If your item is marked as FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER or CUT TO ORDER or is a Special Order, it is not eligible for return. 


START YOUR RETURN 

Oversize/White Glove Returns: If your item was marked as oversize or white glove, please contact support@luluandgeorgia.com to arrange your return. Due to the size of these items, we are unable to issue ground return labels. Freight returns will be issued a refund less original shipping and handling charges in addition to a 15% restocking fee from the original, pre-discounted product price. Return requests will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery. Orders that are cancelled in transit or refused at delivery due to non-damage reasons (include but are not limited to size, color variation, etc.) are also subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery to file a damage claim. All items must be fully inspected by consignee and any damages or incorrect items must be noted before signing for your delivery.

Rugs: Variation and imperfection in weave, fiber size, color, and overall rug size (up to 2-3" in length and width) are normal characteristics and are not considered a manufacturing defect. 

Color Note: Because every computer monitor displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. Descriptions of merchandise, including colors or shades, textures, and other feature are provided by the manufacturer; Lulu & Georgia assumes no liability whatsoever for the description, for variance, including in colors or textures, minor imperfections, and/or for a product not meeting with customer satisfaction, absent a manufacturer-verified defect. 

Measurements: Please ensure to measure properly prior to placing any orders. The customer takes full responsibility for final measurements and ensuring items fit the space. Orders that are cancelled or refused at delivery due to sizing issues are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
