The Sarah Sherman Samuel Rug Collection at Lulu and Georgia spans flatweave, hand-knotted wool, and hand-loomed designs in the designer's signature patterns—from graphic checkerboards and stripes to Moroccan-inspired forms and irregular grid motifs. The collection ranges from everyday flatweaves like the Iconic Stripe (from $49) and Stripe Break (from $68) to investment-grade hand-knotted wool rugs like the Irregular Grid Hand-Knotted Wool Rug (from $1,488), the Rajaa Hand-Loomed Rug (from $698), and the Irregular Checkerboard Hand-Knotted Wool Rug (from $558). All rugs are exclusive to Lulu and Georgia.
What is the Sarah Sherman Samuel Rug Collection?
The Sarah Sherman Samuel Rug Collection is a range of area rugs and bath mats designed exclusively for Lulu and Georgia. It spans three construction types: flatweave (Iconic Stripe, Stripe Break, Moroccan Flatweave), hand-knotted wool (Irregular Checkerboard, Irregular Grid, Irregular Dots, Checkerboard), and hand-loomed (Rajaa). Each rug translates Sarah's graphic, pattern-forward aesthetic into floor-level form.

How do I choose the right Sarah Sherman Samuel rug?
The flatweave rugs—Iconic Stripe, Stripe Break, and Moroccan Flatweave—are lightweight and practical for high-traffic dining rooms, entryways, and kitchens. The hand-knotted wool rugs like the Irregular Grid and Irregular Checkerboard offer heirloom quality and a richer texture suited to living rooms and primary bedrooms. The Rajaa Hand-Loomed Rug bridges the two with its hand-loomed texture at a mid-range price point. All work naturally alongside other pieces in the Sarah Sherman Samuel collection.
