  • Shipping

    HOLIDAY SHIPPING: For qualifying items, orders must be placed by December 14th for Christmas delivery. Qualifying items are marked on the product. Not sure if your item will arrive in time? Contact our support team at support@luluandgeorgia.com. Please note that delivery by 12/23 within the United States is not guaranteed in the event of a carrier service interruption or failure that is out of the control of Lulu and Georgia. Happy holidays! 

    All items that are in-stock and can travel via UPS or FEDEX ship within 3-7 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Items ordered together might not arrive in the same box.

    Furniture and oversized items might need to travel via freight carrier. Oversized items will be delivered curbside unless otherwise noted as "white glove delivery." Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5. Freight companies will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. Some items require signature for delivery, please keep this in mind when ordering.

    When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent.

    $45.01 - $65.00 $10.95
    $65.01 - $95.00 $13.95
    $95.01 - $125.00 $16.25
    $125.01 - $145.00 $19.95
    $145.01 - $220.00 $21.95
    $220.01 and Above 10% of Merchandise Total 

    **A fee of $99.00 may be charged to orders containing oversized products.**
    **A fee of $149.00 will be applied to items that have white glove delivery.**

    Rates apply to the 48 contiguous states. At this time, we do not offer shipping internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.

  • Returns

    Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase! You can return your eligable items within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund on the merchandise cost. We do not refund original shipping charges. If your item was sent via freight or white glove, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If your item is marked as FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER, it is not eligible for return.

    Damages: Sometimes damages occur during the shipping process, even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and fill out the form HERE to file a claim. We will arrange replacement or return of the item.
