Shipping and returns

  • *Due to our current state-mandated Los Angeles warehouse closure, we are unable to process any returns until after 04/19/20. If there are any further delays we will notify you. Once the warehouse has re-opened we will provide you with next steps on how to begin your return.If your return was shipped back to our warehouse prior to 03.20.20, we will monitor the tracking and issue refunds accordingly.Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

  • Shipping

    All items that are in-stock and can travel via UPS or FEDEX ship within 3-7 business days and should arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. We are unable to ship to P.O. and A.P.O boxes.

    Furniture and other oversized items travel via freight carriers which may result in extended processing and delivery times. Freight companies will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. Some items require a signature for delivery. Oversized items will be delivered curbside unless otherwise noted as "white glove delivery." Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5. 

    When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent. Please note that during promotional periods it may take longer for your item to ship.

    **A fee of $99.00 may be charged to orders containing oversized products.**
    **A fee of $149.00 will be applied to items that have white glove delivery.**

    Rates apply to the 48 contiguous states. At this time, we do not offer shipping internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.

  • Returns

    We want you to be happy with your purchase! Eligible items can be returned with a complimentary return label when a return is requested within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges. If your item was purchased during a shipping promotion, a 10% return shipping charge will be deducted from the original price of your item. Please contact us below and we will provide you with a shipping label to return your product.
    All items must be sent back in the original packaging.  If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. For all lighting and wallpaper, once it has been installed it cannot be returned. If your item is marked as FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER or is a Special Order, it is not eligible for return

    Oversize and Freight Returns: Returns for furniture and oversize items that travel via freight can be arranged by contacting support@luluandgeorgia.com. Freight returns will be issued a refund less original shipping and handling charges in addition to a 25% restocking fee from the original product price. Return requests will only be accepted within 14 days of the delivery. If your delivery is refused due to size, return shipping charges and a 25% re-stocking fee will incur.
    Rugs: Variation and imperfection in weave, fiber size, color, and overall rug size (up to 5% in length and width) are normal characteristics and are not considered a manufacturing defect.
    Color note: Because every computer monitor displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. Descriptions of merchandise, including colors or shades, textures, and other feature are provided by the manufacturer; Lulu & Georgia assumes no liability whatsoever for the description, for variance, including in colors or textures, minor imperfections, and/or for a product not meeting with customer satusfaction, absent a manufacturer-verified defect.

    Damages: Sometimes damages occur during the shipping process, even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. If you received an in-home delivery, please inspect ALL pieces prior to signing for your delivery. Any damages or defects must be noted on the delivery receipt. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and fill out the form HERE to file a claim. We will arrange replacement or return of the item.
