All items that are in-stock and can travel via UPS or FEDEX ship within 3-7 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Items ordered together might not arrive in the same box.
Furniture and oversized items might need to travel via freight carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5. Freight companies will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you.
When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent.

Rates apply to the 48 contiguous states. At this time, we do not offer shipping internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.
Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase! You can return your items within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund on the merchandise cost. We do not refund original shipping charges. Please fill out the form HERE and we will issue a prepaid UPS label. If your item was sent via freight, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Damages: Sometimes damages occur during the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and fill out the form HERE to file a claim. We will arrange replacement or return of the item.
