We will be happy to review each bulk order on a case-by-case basis. Please work with your trade representative.‌

I have a bulk order. Am I eligible for a deeper discount?‌

At this time, we cannot hold shipments.‌

Do you offer to hold shipments for Trade?‌

All available wallpaper and fabric swatches of any color or size variants can be requested from the product pages. Select rug swatches are available for our trade members. Please reach out to your Trade Representative for further details.‌

Who is my Trade Representative?‌

Yes, your Trade discount applies to marked-down sale items.
Please note, promotional offers and codes cannot be combined with your Trade discount at any time.

Can I apply my discount to marked-down/final sale items?‌

Lulu and Georgia uses Avalara's CertCapture to securely collect digital exemption certificates from our customers. Please email us at trade@luluandgeorgia.com to request your forms. You will receive an email from notifications@avalara.com with the next steps for verifying your tax exemption.

How do I apply my tax exemption to my trade account?‌

Once your trade account has been activated, you will view your pricing at checkout once all items are added to your cart.‌

How do I use my discount/When does my discount apply?‌

Members need to supply a business card, social media, or website URL that supports their profession in the interior‌ design trade.‌
